This was an old flash game but now since flash is dead there is a flash emulator called Ruffle this is how your going to play it (you can use something else too) check how to download it for more info :)

Install instructions
First download, then click on this link https://ruffle.rs/demo/ this will take you to ruffle a flash emulator. Now what you want to do is click on where it says "Select File" and then It should open up a files page. Now find Super_Mario_63_2010.swf click on it and boom!
